# Moment

> Moment (https://momentaic.com/) is a personal AI that plans, reminds, researches and drafts for you. It shows each step of a plan before it runs, asks before anything that matters, and keeps a receipt of everything that ran. Made by Yokaizen LLC (Tokyo).

## What Moment does
- Makes a plan from what you ask and shows every step, its permission level and its cost before anything runs
- Your own written rules decide what runs on its own and what always asks first
- Keeps a receipt for every plan that ran, on one timeline
- Reads and adds to Google Calendar once you connect it; Google access is stored encrypted and you can disconnect it
- Sends reminders on Telegram, WhatsApp or web push
- Companions in the Yokaizen app can propose steps; you approve them in Moment

## What Moment does not do
- It does not buy things, pay, or move money in this version
- It has no offline model, and its receipts are not cryptographically signed

## Pricing
- Free to start, no credit card
